Adversity Quotient® profiling for women employees of commercial banks in the Coimbatore District, Tamilnadu

Modern India has paved the way to position a woman’s status as professionals with its greatest social upliftment reforms. The role played by women in modern India is challenging and exceptional, the changeover is commendable which is worth mentioning. The positive changes are seen not only in the lives of women but even in the society which extended support by accepting them as key players of any organization with proven abilities and all-round achievements dispensed by them. The population consisted of 991 women employees arising out from the sample 136 bank branches.
