Highly interactive and engaging,
our Adversity Quotient® (AQ®) programs are paced for
optimal energy and learning. When participants complete a
program, they leave with a set of AQ skills that they can
immediately apply to work and life. |

The AQ learning process
To
optimize the impact of the AQ experience, all programs combine two
steps — an “AQ Session” and the “90-Day
AQ Virtual Climb.” Every group that completes both steps measurably
improves its AQ.
Step 1: The AQ Session
The AQ Session is held in a classroom. Although
the standard program lasts 1 day, our initial sessions can range
from half a day to several days:
Thriving
on the Edge™ (Half-Day)
Thriving
on the Edge™ (Full-Day)
Advanced
AQ Session (Half- or Full-Day)
Total
Life Performance™ (1–2 Days)
AQ
for Leaders (Full-Day)
Developing
the High AQ Culture
AQ
Experiential Programs
Participants
typically describe our programs as unique, highly interactive, challenging,
engaging, enriching, and impacting. Note that the longer programs
create additional, stronger results.
Step 2: The 90-Day AQ Virtual Climb
The 90-Day AQ Virtual Climb uses the AQ SkillSites™
— a weekly, online, interactive, challenge — to reinforce
and strengthen learning. This tool guides participants as they climb
a virtual mountainside and apply AQ methods. The AQ SkillSites:
Measure
improvement in AQ over time
Engage the learner
in the AQ process
Reinforce the
key AQ principles and skills
Let participants
apply AQ to their current challenges
Require only
5 to 15 minutes per week
When participants reach the summit, their final
AQ is measured, providing immediate feedback on their improvement
and remaining growth opportunities.
AQ
learning materials
All AQ programs include a comprehensive kit of
high-quality materials to optimize retention both during and after
the session. These materials are designed for people with a variety
of learning styles.
