Quotient® (AQ®) coaching is for those seeking more in-depth
guidance on how to apply AQ to their challenges, opportunities,
and aspirations. It’s also for those who want to become more
masterful at applying AQ within their lives and organizations.
All coaching is customized to meet your needs
and goals. We begin with a face-to-face meeting to pinpoint your
intended outcomes and develop an initial coaching plan. Follow-up
meetings can be held over the Web, via telephone, or in person.
The length, method, and frequency of meetings vary based on your
goals and preferences. AQ coaching can occur indoors or at the PEAK
Mountain, which features private trails, complete serenity, and
inspirational views.
The Challenge
It’s increasingly difficult to coach people
to become more focused, accountable, and effective in the face of
mounting demands. Standard coaching methods often take too much
time. A new coaching paradigm is required to help people become
more self-reliant, to take more ownership, to sustain optimism,
and to expand their capacity in adversity-rich times. Ideally, it
should consider the heavy demands on people’s time.
The Vision
People have the tools they need to help themselves
and others through challenging situations, regardless of rank and
title. New norms of responding more effectively to difficulties
the moment they strike begin to take root in your teams and culture.
Leaders demonstrate high-AQ resilience, tenacity, clarity, and focus.
They coach their people to greater capacity, resilience, and results.
